How do I buy a ticket?

Open Buy Ticket or Prize Pools, select a plan and ticket, then submit payment details for verification.

When is my ticket confirmed?

Your ticket is confirmed after admin verifies your payment/UTR.

How can I check my ticket?

Use My Tickets with your mobile and PIN, or use Verify Ticket with ticket number/QR scan.

Can I buy multiple tickets?

Yes, if the plan allows and tickets are available.

What is UTR?

UTR is the transaction/reference number from your UPI or bank payment.

What happens if I enter wrong UTR?

Admin may reject or keep the booking pending until correct proof is provided.

Can duplicate UTR be used?

No. Duplicate or reused UTR can be rejected.

How are winners published?

Winners are reviewed by admin and then published on the official result page.

Where can I see winners?

Use Winners page or Result page for completed plans.

How do I claim prize?

Follow the claim instruction shared by support/admin after result publication.

What if I forget PIN?

Use available PIN reset/support option from admin/support.

Is payment information stored?

Only necessary verification details are stored. See Privacy Policy.

Can a ticket be cancelled?

Cancellation/refund depends on Refund Policy and ticket status.

Can I verify old tickets?

Yes, if ticket records are available in the system.

Why is my booking pending?

Payment verification may take time or payment details may be incomplete.

Can result be changed after publish?

Published results should only be corrected in case of proven administrative or technical error.

Is there customer support?

Yes, use Contact Us for support details.

Do I need account password?

My Tickets uses mobile/PIN flow for easy access.

What if payment is deducted but ticket not confirmed?

Contact support with payment proof and UTR.

Is participation guaranteed to win?

No. Buying a ticket gives a chance to participate; prize is not guaranteed.

What documents are needed for prize claim?

Winner verification may require mobile confirmation, payment proof and identity/bank details as per policy.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Ticket transfer is not allowed unless admin policy specifically permits it.

What if the website is slow?

Refresh after a few seconds; avoid multiple repeated submissions.
